PMP Exam Testing Center Moves to Pearson VUE

PMI is moving away from Prometric as a testing centre. The new vendor is Pearson VUE, a leader in providing Testing software and Proctoring the tests throughout the world.

Starting from July 1, 2019, all PMP tests will only be conducted at Pearson VUE. Do take note of this when you book your PMP exam. This applies to all countries, except China.

The PMI-ACP & CAPM Tests are already moved and readily available to be taken at Pearson VUE centrers world wide. You can also take these tests at your home, using your own computer. However, for the PMP examination, you do need to visit a Pearson testing centre. Find a Pearson VUE Testing centre here.

Do take note that you are responsible for checking that your computer meets the minimum criteria, and is able to handle the online test. In case of your computer being unable to be configured for an online test, do not expect a refund from PMI.

Therefore, it is recommended to take the test at your nearest Pearson VUE Testing Center. It is better to book early, so as to avoid any last minute rush to take the test in the holidays, as is often the case.

PMP Exam is now based on the PMBOK Guide, Sixth Edition.

Make sure you are studying for the PMP exam with the latest material. If you are planning to take an online PMP Training, the PMChamp Online Training course is fully updated with the latest material, and contains over 600 mock test questions to help you practice the concepts while learning the fundamentals of Project Management. You can signup and get started right away.

Cheers,
